We will keep updating your shipment status through your given email address and shipping agent might give you a call (to your given phone number) for delivery purpose.
Delivery tips
Once your item is delivered, please open the packaging to check wither there is no damage before sign to accept shipment.
If you see any damages of item, please reject shipment and proceed to report a claim case to shipping agent then we will help to coordinate with them to get a refund or replacement item.
After you sign to accept without checking item, and you find out later on item damages, we won’t be able to help getting a refund or replacement item.
